No subscription to sign, no licence to negotiate: you pay for the volume of your edition. The platform is yours for the duration of the competition, you run it yourself, and our team stays reachable if you want a hand with the setup or on tasting day.
The questions every organiser asks.
Do my tasters need an account to join a session?
No. A guest mode lets them join a session directly, by scanning a QR code. Creating a Tastee account is still useful for a taster who takes part regularly, and there is a free plan.
Can we taste blind?
Yes. Wine identities are hidden from the panel and revealed at the moment you choose.
Does Tastee adapt to our regulations and our scoring grid?
Yes. Your scoring grid and your panel structure are transposed as they are. Comments themselves are written as free text, in each taster's own words.
What if the internet connection is poor at the venue?
Tastee is an online platform, so a connection is needed. It is a light application though, and runs fine on low bandwidth: a weak signal in a cellar or a hall is usually enough.
Who owns the comments written during the competition?
The organiser of the tasting. Each taster keeps a right of use over their own comment.
Where is our data hosted?
On servers located in France and in the European Union.
