Cool Climate Wine Summit - Copenhagen 2027

The Cool Climate Wine Summit returns to Copenhagen from 16–18 January 2027. Organised by Uncorkmywine, it is the only international trade fair dedicated exclusively to cool climate wine regions — Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and beyond.

The Copenhagen edition brings together around 200 selected producers from cool climate wine growing regions worldwide, alongside sommeliers, importers and buyers at the forefront of the natural and cool climate wine movement.

What to do at the event?

Taste through a curated selection of 200 producers from emerging cool climate regions. Attend six curated masterclasses led by expert hosts, with the 2027 programme announced in autumn 2026. Meet winemakers directly on the show floor and discuss sustainable viticulture strategies for cool climates. Discover the venue in one of Europe's great food and wine cities.
