Demeter France and La Levée de la Loire's organic and biodynamic wine fair at the New Cap Event Center: nearly 140 winegrowers, on the eve of Wine Paris.
The Salon des vins Demeter & La Levée de la Loire, presented on its official website as the "Salon des vins bio & biodynamiques", is the Paris tasting of certified organic and biodynamic wines organised by Demeter France and La Levée de la Loire (Loire Vin Bio). Its 4th edition takes place on Sunday 14 February 2027 at the New Cap Event Center, on the banks of the Seine near the Bir-Hakeim bridge, the day before Wine Paris 2027 opens.
The event is designed as a professional meeting for importers, wine merchants, sommeliers and restaurateurs. Nearly 140 winegrowers certified organic and/or Demeter present wines from the Loire, from the rest of France, from Europe and beyond.

Loire, France and beyond: a strong Loire Valley presence alongside estates from other French regions, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
