The SAVIM d’automne returns to Parc Chanot in Marseille from 20 to 23 November 2026 for its 38th edition. Founded in 1989 by Philippe and Florent Colonna, SAVIM (Salon Authentique des Vins et de la gastronomie Marseillaise) is recognised as the leading wine and gastronomy fair in France and one of the most important in Europe – often compared in scale and philosophy to the Turin Slow Food fair.
The autumn edition brings together 430 producers across 14,000 m² of exhibition space at the Palais Phocéen (Hall 3) of Parc Chanot, drawing around 82,000 visitors over four days. All exhibitors are producers and makers, never wholesalers or intermediaries – a founding principle that guarantees the authenticity and quality of every product on offer.
SAVIM is also the leading organic wine fair in the South of France, with more than 100 producers certified in organic or biodynamic viticulture and a further fifty holding HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. Wine regions represented span all of France, with a significant presence of Italian producers (structured family estates), reflecting SAVIM’s conviction that any serious gastronomy fair must include Italy.
