RAW WINE Tokyo 2026 takes place on Sunday 10 and Monday 11 May 2026 at the Tokyo Ryutsu Center (TRC), Hall F, in Heiwajima, Ota-ku. Now in its third edition in Japan, this two-day fair is one of the most anticipated events on the Asian natural wine calendar.
The Tokyo edition reflects the explosive growth of natural wine culture in Japan. The Japanese wine scene — spanning producers from Hokkaido, Yamagata, Nagano, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, and Tokyo itself — will be represented alongside international exhibitors from the RAW WINE global network, which spans cities including New York, Paris, Berlin, and Verona.
RAW WINE Tokyo 2026 offers a full programme of tastings, producer encounters, and expert-led events:
• Tastings across 300+ wines from natural, organic, and biodynamic producers from Japan and abroad
• Private seminars with winemakers and experts — sessions run twice daily
• Japanese sake corner featuring naturally brewed sake from producers using organic rice
• Food pairings curated by leading Tokyo restaurants
• Transparency labels for every wine: full ingredient and processing disclosure, a core RAW WINE commitment
A key feature of the 2026 edition is the inclusion of a Monday session, specifically designed to accommodate hospitality professionals who typically work on weekends. This makes RAW WINE Tokyo one of the few fairs to genuinely serve the needs of the restaurant and hotel trade.
Sunday, 10 May 2026: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday, 11 May 2026: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tickets are available via the official RAW WINE Tokyo 2026 ticketing page.
Japan’s first RAW WINE edition in 2024 sold out entirely, setting the stage for a rapidly growing community of producers, importers, sommeliers, and wine lovers who seek authentic, low-intervention wines. The fair also showcases bottles not yet commercially available in Japan, making it a unique discovery platform for the trade.
RAW WINE Tokyo sits at the intersection of Japan’s celebrated artisan culture — its commitment to craft, precision, and respect for natural processes — and the global natural wine movement. It is a fair that resonates as naturally in Tokyo as it does in Paris or Berlin.
