Millésime Bio is the world trade fair for organic wines and drinks, organised by Sudvinbio, the interprofessional association of organic wine producers and traders in Occitania. Its 34th edition takes place from 25 to 27 January 2027 at the Parc des Expositions de Montpellier in Pérols.
The fair is strictly reserved for buying and selling professionals (wine merchants, restaurants, sommeliers, importers, distributors, agents) and the press. Exhibitors come from every French wine region and more than 20 countries, presenting certified organic wines alongside ciders, beers, spirits and no/low-alcohol drinks.
Four dedicated areas: Beer&Bio, Cider&Bio, Spirit&Bio and NoLow&Bio, next to the wine exhibitors.
Free tasting hall: over 1,000 references to taste on your own, plus an enoteca organised by country, appellation and colour.
Masterclasses and conferences: a programme on the organic market and its challenges.
Challenge Millésime Bio: the world contest for organic wines and beers held alongside the fair, created in 2007, with about 2,000 wines and 150 beers tasted by 450 professionals.
