The Salon Vins & Terroirs returns to Toulouse for its autumn edition, from 30 October to 1 November 2026 at the MEETT, Toulouse's Parc des Expositions in Aussonne. One of the most popular wine and gastronomy events in the Occitanie region, it brings together nearly 200 exhibitors including winemakers, artisans, farmers and food specialists from across France for three days of tasting, discovery and direct purchasing.
Far more than a wine fair, the Salon Vins & Terroirs is a celebration of French terroir in all its forms: regional wines, charcuterie, cheeses, artisanal specialities and local produce come together under one roof, creating an immersive and convivial experience for wine lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Over 80 exhibitors carry the Sud de France label, offering visitors a strong focus on Occitanie producers alongside national representation.
The event also features a programme of oenoludic workshops and tasting sessions, as well as a practical Drive service allowing visitors to collect their purchases directly from the car park.
