The Week-End des Grands Crus returns to Bordeaux for its 20th consecutive edition, organised by the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux (UGCB). Bringing together wine enthusiasts from around the world, this annual celebration is one of the most anticipated events on the Bordeaux calendar.
At the heart of the programme: the Grande Dégustation du Millésime 2023, held on Saturday 6 June at Hangar 14, where more than 100 estate owners and château representatives will be on hand to share their wines with visitors. From Pauillac to Saint-Émilion, Margaux to Pessac-Léognan, the full diversity of Bordeaux's Grand Cru estates will be on display.
Beyond the tasting hall, the week-end offers two additional experiences: intimate Dîner Passion evenings hosted directly at the châteaux on Friday 5 and Saturday 6 June, and a Circuit dans le vignoble on Sunday 7 June, guiding participants through some of Bordeaux's most emblematic appellations.
Grande Dégustation au Hangar 14 (Saturday 6 June, 10:00–17:00): Over 100 estates pour their latest vintage alongside a second wine of their choice. The H14 transforms into a gourmet market of the Sud-Ouest, with carefully selected chefs offering original food and wine pairings.
Dîner Passion (Friday 5 and Saturday 6 June, from 20:00): Estate owners welcome guests into their châteaux for an intimate dinner featuring a selection of Grands Crus. Friday 5 June: Clos Fourtet, Château Lynch-Bages. Saturday 6 June: Château Lagrange, Château Marquis de Terme.
Circuit dans le vignoble (Sunday 7 June, 9:00–17:30): A guided vineyard tour through three great Bordeaux appellations, combining visits, tastings and lunch at a château. Stops include Château Desmirail (Margaux), Château Fourcas Dupré (Listrac-Médoc) and Château Latour-Martillac (Pessac-Léognan).
