SIMEI 2026 takes place from 17 to 20 November 2026 at Fiera Milano in Rho. Organised by Unione Italiana Vini, this is the 30th edition of the world’s leading international trade fair for winemaking and bottling technology. Founded in 1963, SIMEI covers the entire wine and beverage production chain – from vineyard to cellar, from bottling to labelling and packaging – and is held every two years in Milan.
The 2026 edition marks a significant milestone with its 30th edition and a major innovation: SIMEI will be co-located for the first time with Bevertech, a new exhibition organised jointly with Ipack-Ima dedicated to beverage packaging and processing technologies. This creates a unique combined platform covering both wine and beverage production technology, attracting an even wider professional audience.
The 2024 edition welcomed 578 exhibitors from 32 countries and 33,000 visitors, confirming SIMEI’s position as the essential meeting point for winemakers, cellar equipment suppliers, bottling machinery manufacturers, cork producers, packaging specialists and logistics providers. Sustainability and digitalization are the leading themes for 2026, as the industry embraces green technologies and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact across the entire production chain.
