Atelier Soubiran's trade-only tasting at Bastille: 50 invited estates, from Champagne growers to Loire and Languedoc, plus alcohol-free makers.
Atomes Goûtus is the trade tasting organised by Atelier Soubiran. The sixth edition, on Monday 9 November 2026 in the Bastille area of Paris, is a special edition marking ten years of Atelier Soubiran.
It brings together 50 invited estates and two collectives from across France, with a strong Champagne line-up (Tarlant, Geoffroy, Roger Coulon, Philipponnat...), growers from the Loire, Languedoc, Rhône and South-West, and a corner of alcohol-free producers. Tastings are reserved for wine professionals.
Tasting with the growers: around 50 estates, many of them small family domaines, presenting their wines in person.
Workshops and meetings: the organiser announces workshops and speed-dating sessions with producers; the full programme and timings are on the booking page.
Alcohol-free corner: kombucha, sparkling teas and other alcohol-free makers alongside the wine estates.
